The bear and the bees.

As a big bear lumbered along searching for berries in the woods, he stopped to sniff at a fallen tree. Honey! He could smell honey. Carefully the bear nosed around the log, trying to make certain no bees were inside. Just then one of the bees flew home carrying sweet clover nectar. Guessing that the bear was planning to steal the honey from the hive, the bee stung him fiercely. Angrily the bear roared. He did not stop to think. He instantly reacted as if having a temper tantrum. He sprang upon the log,. tore it open with his huge, sharp claws ,.and leaned in to crush the nest. Like a streak of lightning, the whole swarm of bees rose up and flew at him, armed with their trusty sword like stingers and in the nick of time ,he frantically dove into a lake, just escaping a thousand stings.
